The idea began with family in Ukraine and a question: where could engineering make a practical difference?
From Kyiv
to an idea.
Hans Luijkx is married to a Ukrainian woman, and his family lives in Kyiv. Wanting to help led him to search online and read interviews with officers who had fought at the front.
In those accounts, he recognised a recurring problem: logistics in the field could not always keep up. The last kilometres of delivering supplies could expose soldiers to serious danger.
That became the starting point: develop unmanned transport vehicles to bridge those last kilometres with food, clothing, medicines and military supplies, while reducing the need for people to carry them.
From a personal idea to a shared company
Hans invited Michiel de Groot and Auke Bosscher to join him. Military Solutions is owned by the three of them, bringing together experience in engineering, process safety, innovation and project delivery.

Follow me + remote control
The operator can let the vehicle follow them, or drive it by remote control. They can also send it ahead and follow after assessing whether the route is safe.
The operator remains responsible for assessing the route. A vehicle travelling ahead is not proof that a route is safe.
